1. I live in another country besides the United Kingdom, can I buy books from
airtechbooks.com?
Yes, you can buy books from any other part of the world and we will ship them to
you via airmail. Just browse the bookstore as usual, place your order and click
Proceed to Checkout.. An additional shipping cost will be automatically
calculated, based upon the weight of your order, and the ship-to address you
have provided. You will be required to select this to confirm, then it will be
added to your final shopping cart total.
2. What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is based upon the weight of the book(s) you order, and
your ship-to address as you have specified. Since airtechbooks.com
are based in the UK, the shipping costs to the UK are the cheapest. The
rest of Europe is a little more expensive, and the cost to ship to the rest of
the World are the most expensive of the three ship-to zones.
The shipping cost is calculated automatically when you checkout with
your shopping cart. We can reduce the shipping cost on large orders (more than 20kg). Please
contact us if you are ordering in bulk.
Our shipping prices are based upon the Royal Mail's post tariffs for UK,
European and Worldwide airmail post. You can see our shipping costs

3. How do I make payment?
You can make payment through credit card or personal cheques/bank order.
Once you select the books to purchase from us and complete your order, you are
guided to our WorldPay secure servers for making payment with credit
card.
Alternatively, you can pay by cheque or bank order, or postal order.
Please make to Total Training Support Ltd and send to the address provided on
the About us
page. Please go through the order process, using our shopping cart system.
You will be asked when you Checkout, whether you wish to pay by cheque/bank
draft. Your order will be stored in our database under your registered
name, and will ship it as soon as your payment arrives.
4. How can I pay by PayPal
Follow the procedure as described above and proceed to the WorldPay payment gateway. Once there, you will be asked to select your payment method (visa, mastercard etc.) and one of theose payment methods is PayPal. Click PayPal and follow the further onscreen instructions.
5. What Credit/Debit Cards are accepted by airtechbooks.com?
The Credit/Debit cards we accept are shown at the left of this page. All our credit card transactions are handled by WorldPay, who specialise in
secure online creditcard transactions. If you have any questions regarding

6. I am looking for a book, which is not listed in your catalogue.
Please let us know here the name of the book and publisher,
and if possible, we
will get one for you.
7. How do you send books?
The books are sent via Royal Mail's Standard Parcel Post in the UK, or via Royal
Mail's Airmail service (Printed Paper) to all other countries. Orders above 5kg
(or 2kg to Canada) are sent via Parcel Force. Please
contact us if your
order is heavier than this, as we can provide you with a choice of shipping
options, with insurance and tracking services.
8. What is the delivery period?
Generally, books are shipped within 24 hours of confirmation of your order. It
normally takes about 3 working days for books to reach you in the UK, or 5-10 days in all
other countries. However, we would appreciate it if you would allow at least
twice this period before contacting us, as there is nothing we can do if your
order has been held up somewhere by one of the various shipping agencies it may
be handled by, especially for overseas shipments. The Royal Mail do not
usually investigate a lost parcel claim until at least 3-weeks have expired
since posting.
If speed and security of shipment are your primary concerns, please
contact us before
placing your order, as we can offer various options of fast delivery services
(24 hours, 48 hours etc.), tracked services and insurance.
9. Can I collect my order in person, and save the shipping
cost?
Yes you can. Our address is shown below. Please
contact us or
phone us to be sure the book(s) are in stock, and that one of our staff are
available to meet you.
10. What is your returns policy?
We value your satisfaction, and therefore we have a "no-questions-asked" returns
policy. If you change your mind about the book(s), and decide it is not the book
you thought it was, or is simply not the book(s) for you, please return in
pristine condition (you may remove the cellophane wrapper, if fitted, but please
do not bend or crease the cover or spine) and we will refund the payment you
made for the book minus the cost of postage and packing.
If your book(s) arrive in poor condition, please
contact us and
we will arrange either a replacement book or a partial or full refund whichever
you prefer.
11. Can I make payment by cheque?
You can make payment by cheque or bank draft or money order in advance payable
in favour of "Total Training Support Ltd". Please see Question 3 above for more
details.
12. I am a college/company. Can I make a credit transaction and pay
30 days after invoiced?
For UK colleges/companies, this is not a problem. You will need to go
through the normal online order process, as our system automatically calculates
the discount for large orders, and the postage and packing charges. When
you Check-out, you will be given the option to select "Pay after delivery".
You can then print the Invoice (Go to "My Account") and use it as your proforma
invoice. You can send us your own Order (with your Order number) if you
wish, but this is not necessary. Once we get your order, we will ship the
books immediately, together with a hard copy of the Invoice. Terms are
strictly 30 days from Invoice date.
For non-UK colleges/companies, please provide a cheque/draft made in GB
Pounds with your Order. We will ship your books immediately upon receipt
of your payment. You will need to go through the normal online order process, as
our system automatically calculates the discount for large orders, and the
postage and packing charges. When you Check-out, please select "Payment by
Cheque/draft".
13. What if the postal service lose or damage my books in-transit?
We are insured for that, and we will re-ship or refund as appropriate, at no
cost to yourself. If your shipment has still not arrived after 3-weeks
have expired after we posted it, please
contact us.
14. What if the postal service cannot deliver my books?
Frequently custmers
provide an address which is incomplete or does not exist. Our postal
carrier wil attempt to deliver 2-times, and if unsuccessful, will request an alternative address, but if we receive no answer, the books
will be returned. We will then refund the cost of the books, but NOT
the postage cost. Any additional fees levied by the postal carrier for
returning the books will also be paid by the customer.
It is
imperitive that you provide a deliverable address, and a phone number
that the postal carrier can contact you if there is a problem with the
delivery.
The above
applies also if the postal carrier is not able to get a signature upon
delivery, and a card is left instructing the customer to collect the
parcel, and the instruction is ignored. Usually a postal carrier will
hold a package for only 7-days in this event.
